I’m Fanny Tristan — Retreat Leader, Women’s Empowerment Coach, Licensed Trauma Therapist, and Founder of Her Soul Supply.
I’m also a mom, wife, daughter of Afro-Peruvian immigrants, and a woman who knows what it feels like to question her worth when life doesn’t go as planned.
After 15+ years as a therapist, I noticed something:
So many women—especially women of color—were coming to me after a breakup or life shift, feeling stuck and wondering:
“Why isn’t this part of my life working?”
“What’s wrong with me?”
They were exhausted from giving too much, doubting their worth, and feeling behind as they watched others settle down or move forward.
We did powerful healing together. But I knew we needed something more expansive than what the therapy room—or the medical model—could offer.
I shouldn’t have to diagnose you just to teach you how to live better, love deeper, and feel free.
So I created Her Soul Supply—a love letter to the woman of color who deserves it all:

And I get it, because I’ve been her too.
I’ve been the woman who:
Stayed too long in the wrong relationship
Ignored red flags just to keep something that looked good
Felt behind for not hitting certain milestones
Let anxiety and self-doubt spiral into loneliness
Was leaned on by everyone—while having no one to lean on herself
And I’ve also been the woman who:
Chose herself (even when it was hard)
Found joy outside of romantic validation
Built a life where I’m truly supported and loved
Reclaimed my time, my energy, and my self-respect
That transformation changed everything.
Now I help other women do the same—through travel, coaching, and community experiences that awaken something deeper.
